These classes include postures, movement, breathing and relaxation specifically for pregnancy and to promote vitality and well being for mother and child. The practices carried out during the sessions help to prepare for birth and motherhood and are suitable for all women. If you have any health issues at all, please do not hesitate to contact Gillian to speak to her as many common pregnancy ailments can be alleviated if not resolved by practicing particular techniques. The class is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yoginis.
