Hebden Bridge Womb Yoga: Fridays 10.30-12m at Gillian’s private home yoga studio.

This practice honours the cyclical nature of women’s lives. It is a nourishing and restorative practice for women at all stages of life. We practice feminine asana sequences, meditations, beautiful mudras and mantras. Womb Yoga is a practice that cultivates strength, freedom, joy and wellness in our lives as women. All women welcome.
